Terms and Conditions for Social Token NFT Blockchain Platform
Thank you for choosing to use the Social Token NFT Blockchain Platform (the "Platform"). The following Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without our express written consent.
The Platform operates on a blockchain-based system that involves the creation, transfer, and ownership of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). By participating in NFT transactions on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the rules and conditions governing such transactions as outlined in the associated smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
To the extent permitted by law, Social Token shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Social Token reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the Platform or third parties.
Social Token may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
